Meet Our Founder & Clinical Director
Tiffany O'Bannon LMFT, #109685
For generations, the oppression of women has quietly shaped how mothers love, how daughters grow, and how women see themselves. Tiffany O'Bannon founded Color Me Well Marriage & Family Therapy, Inc. to interrupt that cycle.
Color Me Well Therapy exists because Tiffany believed the mental health field could do better. Better for women who were carrying patterns they didn't create, navigating systems that weren't built for them, and searching for care that saw them fully: their culture, their history, and the generations that shaped them. She built a practice where that kind of care isn't the exception. It's the foundation.
As founder and owner, Tiffany leads a team of therapists united by a shared mission: to help women understand their generational history, reclaim their personal narrative, and rise through every challenge. Because when one woman heals, the women around her do too. Her work in building Color Me Well is grounded in her training as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, her certification as a Mother-Daughter Coach, and more than a decade of experience in clinical and community mental health settings.
But more than any credential, what drives her is the vision: a world where women build unshakable confidence, understanding their history, owning their voice, and boldly designing the future they define.

What We Believe
Healing is generational, and so is freedom.
Culturally Sensitive Care
Your healing cannot be separated from your culture, your family history, or the world you live in.

Empowerment
This is not just coping. This is transformation, rooted in understanding where your patterns began.
Holistic Approach
We work with the whole woman, her thoughts, her body, her relationships, and her history.
A Safe Space
You will not be pathologized here. You will be seen as a whole person, not a diagnosis.
Why families trust this practice.
