I founded Color Me Well Marriage & Family Therapy, Inc. to help women and mother-daughter relationships heal from generations of emotional strain. Women have historically faced societal oppression that left them feeling voiceless, disempowered, and unable to fully embrace their relationships with confidence. Even as educational and vocational opportunities have improved, the emotional impact of deferred dreams and suppressed identities continues to affect women — especially in their mother-daughter dynamics.

At Color Me Well, we provide culturally sensitive mental health support designed to help women process trauma, rediscover their inner strength, and find clarity in a safe and supportive space. My approach to therapy is healing, organic, and rooted in helping my clients find balance.

As Mahatma Gandhi said: "Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony."
This is the guiding principle behind my work — supporting women in reclaiming their voice, restoring their sense of self, and experiencing the joy that comes with inner harmony.
