Meet Our Therapists

Our dedicated therapists are passionate about supporting women on their journey to healing and growth. With expertise in anxiety, trauma, relationships, and life transitions,  they provide a safe and understanding space for meaningful transformation.

Meet Jennifer Torres, LCSW #86751

Hello, I am Jennifer Torres, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I graduated from UCLA in 2014 and started working in the field of mental health. For the last 11 years, I have gained experience working with adults and older adults with severe mental health disorders.

For the last 4 years I have started to service adolescence and high school aged individuals. Individuals and couples are welcomed, I offer a safe space and a plethora of resources.

Meet Rebekah Cone, LCSW #129081

Are past experiences and trauma deeply ingrained in your mind, soul and body? Do you find these feelings surfacing unexpectedly, affecting your daily life? Maybe you understand your patterns logically, yet something still feels missing, preventing you from experiencing true, embodied relief. I’m here to help you navigate these challenges.

I specialize in guiding clients through the physical and mental impacts of complex trauma (C-PTSD) and chronic illness. I also frequently work with queer and neurodivergent folks. My practice is grounded in an understanding that health, identity and mental wellness are deeply interconnected. I take an affirming, non-pathologizing approach, rooted in trauma informed, anti-oppressive principles with a commitment to providing care tailored to your unique needs.

Beginning therapy can feel deeply uncomfortable and confusing and I do not take that lightly. If you are looking to take that first step, I'd love to set up a free consultation call to chat about what our work together could look like!

Meet Emily Ibrahim, AMFT #133448

I’m Emily Ibrahim, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping couples, individuals, and families—especially those from multicultural backgrounds—navigate life’s challenges with warmth and understanding. Relationships, identity, and personal growth can be complex, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.

I specialize in working with couples looking to strengthen their connection, as well as individuals and families exploring the impact of culture, generational experiences, and life transitions. Whether you're facing struggles with communication, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, OCD, or trauma, I’m here to help you untangle the challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about having a space where you can be yourself, explore your story, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
